1. Once registered with Startup India (see blog 2), you can apply for DPIIT recognition.

   1. Entity details

      1. Nature of the entity

      2. Industry

      3. Sector

      4. CIN

      5. Name of the entity

      6. Incorporation/Registration date

      7. PAN

   2. Office address in detail

   3. Authorised representative details

      1. Name of authorized representative

      2. Designation of authorized representative

      3. Mobile of authorised representative

      4. Email id of authorized representative

   4. Director/Partner details

      1. DIN number and other relevant details for each director etc.

   5. About startup

      1. Current number of employees

      2. Stage of the startup, i.e., either ideation, validation, early traction, scaling

      3. Has the startup applied for any IPR (Intellectual Property Right)?

      4. Is the startup creating an innovative product / service / process or improving an existing product / service / process?

      5. Is the startup creating a scalable business model with high potential of employment generation or wealth creation?

      6. Has the startup received any funding?

   6. Startup activities (including a presentation on the startup)

      1. What problem is the startup solving?

      2. How does your startup propose to solve this problem?

      3. What is the uniqueness of your solution?

      4. How does your startup generate revenue?
